Acclime India acquires three businesses and launches a dedicated finance and accounting outsourcing service line.
Gurugram, India, 14 August 2026 — Acclime today announced the acquisition of BMC SAAS, VSPV & Co. and NDCo, bringing together established Indian finance, accounting and advisory practices onto a single platform. The acquisitions, completed through a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA), give Acclime 100% ownership of the acquired businesseses. As part of the transaction, the employees and key members of the management teams have transitioned to Acclime.
Together, these businesses significantly deepen Acclime’s capabilities in India and establish a dedicated Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) service line within Acclime India, serving clients across the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. The same experienced professionals will continue to serve clients as part of a single, unified firm.
The acquisitions also strengthen Acclime’s presence in India, adding more than 200 professionals and expanding the firm’s office footprint beyond Gurugram to include Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Bengaluru, extending Acclime’s reach across eight cities and the country’s principal commercial centres.
Each business brings distinct strengths. BMC SAAS contributes established finance and accounting outsourcing capabilities serving clients and accounting firms internationally. VSPV & Co. and NDCo. add deep accounting, tax and advisory expertise built over decades of serving Indian and international clients, including multinationals and the Indian operations of foreign companies.
